Apple oats smoothie is delicious breakfast treat that you can make.In this Apple smoothie I  have used apple and oats, these both are  fiber rich ingredients. This smoothie is incredibly quick and keeps you going throughout the morning.

Ingredients

  • Apple - 1
  • Flax seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Roasted Oats - 2 tbsp
  • Almond -8
  • Honey - 1/2 tsp optional
  • Cold Milk - 200ml

Method

Step 1

Wash the apple, cut in small cubes and remove the core.

Step 2

Now in a blenderadd chopped apple, flax seeds, roasted oats almond and milk.

Step 3

Then add honey and blend until smooth and creamy.

Step 4

Your smoothie is ready to serve .
