Apple Soy Milk Shake is a nutritious shake .Soy milk is ver rich in calcium, vitamin D2,B12 and riboflavin. Soy milk is high in protien in very low in fat. Soy milk is very good alternative for milk.And apple is a good source of vitamin C,B6and minerals like patassium and calcium. So apple soy milk shake is a power packed drink.
NOTE : To make Apple soy milk shake more healthy add honey instead of sugar.
- Soy Milk – 2 cups
- Apple - 2 medium
- Sugar - 1tbsp (optional)
- Vanilla essence - 4-5 drops
- Walnut - 2 tsp crushed for garnishing
Chop apple in small peices.
Add chopped apple Soy milk ,sugar and vanilla essence .
Grind then smoothly in a mixie.
Pour the content in a glass and garnish with walnut.
Apple soy milk shake is ready to serve.
