Banana milkshake is a nutritious shake .It is fantastic source of vitamin B6, calcium and iron.To make banana milkshake more healthy you can use honey instead of sugar.

Ingredients

  • Banana - 1
  • Vanilla ice cream - 1 scoop
  • Chilled milk - 200ml
  • Vanilla Essence - 3-4 drops
  • Nuts Chopped - 1 tbsp (optional)

Method

Step 1

In a blender put banana and sugar and blend.

Step 2

Then add milk and vanilla essence and mix it.

Step 3

Add ice-cream and blend for few seconds .

Step 4

Garnish with nut and serve.
