Bread Pizza is a very quick and easy snack recipe. Bread pizza is one of the perfect munchies, liked by all age age group but especially kids love it.

NOTE: For topping of bread pizza  you can use Paneer or any kind of veggies as per your choice. And before topping always toast bread this will prevent bread from turning soggy.

Ingredients

  • Bread - 8 slices
  • Butter - To apply on bread
  • Tomato sauce OR Pizza sauce - to apply on bread
  • Onion - 1/2 cup (chopped)
  • Bell Peppers - 1 cup (chopped)
  • Carrot - 1/4 cup (chopped)
  • Processed Cheese - 1 cup (grated)
  • Mozzarella Cheese - as much needed
  • Boiled sweet corn - 1/5 cup
  • Chilly Flakes - 1/2 tsp
  • Oregano- 1/2 tsp
  • Salt as per taste

Method

Step 1

Take bread slices remove the crust. And toast it in toaster or griddle pan or in oven.

Step 2

In a bowl mix all vegetables,salt,oregano and chilly flakes.

Step 3

Now apply butter on the toast, then spread tomato sauce or pizza sauce.

Step 4

Then top it with vegetable mixture and sprinkle lots of cheese.

Step 5

Bake it for 5-6 minutes until cheese melts.

Step 6

To make Bread pizza on tawa , then place these breads on tawa,cover it with lid and cook on low flame until cheese melts.

Step 7

Bread pizza is ready to serve.
