Bruschetta is a easy,simple and delicious Italian appetizer.In Bruschetta French loaf or baguette is sliced and topped with olive,tomato, basil or any kind of topping as per your taste. In this Chicken Bruschetta chicken and scrambled egg is used.
- French Loaf - 1
- Chicken - 200 gms (cut into small pieces)
- Egg - 2
- Capsicum - 1 sliced
- Onion - 1 sliced
- salt as per taste
- Processed cheese - 1 cup grated
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
FOR CHICKEN TOPPING
In a pan add 2 tsp of oil then add small pieces of chicken and salt cover the lid and cook on low flame.In between keep on stirring. When chicken is cooked add sliced onion and capsicum stir saute for 30 seconds.
Chicken topping is ready.
FOR SCRAMBLED EGG
Whisk egg and salt. Heat oil in a pan then pour egg mixture and stir in continuously and cook for a minute.
Then cut the french loaf or baguette in slices. You can cut it straight so that you will get round-ish shape or cut extreme diagonally to get oval shape.
Now toast the sliced pieces of bread in oven or griller unlit it turns little brown.
Then apply butter and spread mayonnaise on it.
Then spread fried chicken, scrambled egg, then rated cheese on the top.
Sprinkle little red chilly flakes and oregano and bake for 2-3 minutes until cheese melts.
Chicken Bruschetta is ready to serve.
