Chicken Fry is cooked in different styles around the world. This is a deep fried chicken recipe. You can have this chicken fry as snacks or side foods.Chicken fry is a simple,easy and flavourful recipe.
- Chicken - 400gms
- Hung Curd - 1 tbsp
- Red Chilly Powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - as per taste
- Garan Masala - 1/2 tsp
- Ginger & Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
- Black Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp
Wash the chicken pieces and pat dry it with kitchen towel,as shown in picture.
Keep aside the chicken.
Now in a bowl put hung curd and add ginger& garlic paste,salt,red chilly powder,black cardamom powder,garam masala and mix well.
In this curd mixture add chicken pieces and mix properly.
Now keep it aside for 4-5 hours in refrigerator.If the marinade for chicken fry is not necessarily kept for 4-5 hrs.You could let meat sit for 30 minutes and it's still good to go.
Now heat oil in a kadai,add chicken pieces and cook till crisp and golden brown.
Chicken fry is ready. serve hot with green chutney ans salad.
