Chicken kali mirch is simple and easy dish to cook at home.Chicken kali mirch is a mrinated chicken recipe with distinctive flavour of black pepper corn.In this recipe tender chicken is seasoned with freshly crushed black pepper In chicken kali mirch the amount of black pepper can be adjusted according to your taste.
- Boneless chicken - 400 gms(cut in 1" pieces)
- Lemon juice - 1tbsp
- Freshly crushed Black Pepper corn - 2 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp(optional)
- Green Chilly sauce - 1/4 tsp
- Onion - 2 Sliced
- Tomato - 1 chopped
- Green chilly - 3-4 chopped
- Oil - 1tbsp
- salt as per taste
First marinate chicken in salt, chilly sauce,lemon juice and half black pepper powder.
Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
In a kadai heat oil then add this marinated chicken.
Cook on low flame.
Keep on stirring in between.
When chicken is cooked and on high flame fry for 3-4 minutes .
Then add sliced onion ,tomato and green chilly and red chilly powder.
Fry on medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
Put it serving plate garnish with remaining black pepper powder.
Serve hot with salad and lemon wedges.
