Cilantro chicken is easy and quick recipe has tons of flavors. This  chicken recipe  needs only a handful of pantry ingredients.Cilantro chicken is perfect for grilling as well as sauteing. This chicken recipe goes very well in any salad and sandwich.

Ingredients

  • Chicken Breast Boneless - approx (300 gms)
  • Crushed garlic - 2 tsp
  • Cumin powder - 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Lemon juice - 3 tbsp
  • Olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • Honey - 1 tsp
  • Fresh Coriander- 1/4 cup chopped

Method

Step 1

In a mixing bowl add oil, lemon juice, crushed garlic, cumin powder, black pepper powder, salt,

Step 2

Then add chopped coriander and and honey mix well.

Step 3

Now add chicken pieces and mix nicely and keep it in fridge. Marinate for 1 hour or upto 4-5 hours.

Step 4

Now heat a heavy bottom skillet (I used wonderchef caesar pan) on medium flame.

Step 5

Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it into skillet.

Step 6

Cook the chicken on medium flame flip it in between.

Step 7

Garnish with chopped coriander and serve.
