Coriander Mint Lassi

Lassi is the most popular and tasty, healthful yogurt based drink. Throughout India it is made with lots of variation depending on their taste. Like Mocha lassi, Raspberry Lassi sweet lassi or salty lassi. In this Coriander mint Lassi I have added fresh coriander and mint leaves.

Ingredients

  • Curd - 1 cup
  • Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
  • Mint leaves - 1/5 cup
  • Roasted Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - As per taste
  • Black Salt-As per taste
  • Water - 2 tbsp
  • Ice cubes - optional

Method

Step 1

In a blender put coriander leaves,Mint leaves and water, make paste.

Step 2

In this paste add curd, roasted cumin seed, salt and black salt .

Step 3

Blend for 10-15 seconds. Pour in a glass garnish with mint leaves. Coriander mint lassi is ready serve.
