Crispy Chicken Fry is a deep fried chicken recipe tender from inside and crispy outer layer makes it more tempting.
- Chicken boneless - 300 gms (cut into 1" pieces)
- Ginger - 1/2 tsp (grated)
- Lemon juie- 2 tsp
- White pepper powder - 1/3 tsp(optional)
- Egg - 1
- Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
- Red chilly powder - as per taste
- Salt - as per taste
- Refine flour - 1tbsp
- Rawa : 1 tbsp
- Bread crumb - 4 tbsp
In a bowl put Small pieces of chicken and marinate it by adding ginger,lemon juice,white pepper whisked egg,tomato sauce,red chilly powder and salt.
Now keep it aside for at least 10 minutes.
Once Chicken is marinated add refine flour, rawa and cornflour.
Heat oil for deep frying when oil is hot drop chicken pieces, make sure that chicken pieces are spread in the oil.
Cook on all side on medium flame. Drain on kitchen towel.
Serve hot with sauce and salads.
Have it as snacks with Chutney or ketchup.
