Egg wrap is a tasty breakfast meal.A very healthy and quick recipe.In this egg wrap scrambled egg is used.To make this egg wrap scrambled eggs are fried with vegetables.In Wraps & Rolls lots of variation and experiments can be done according to ur taste.Like On tortillas or chapati any sauce/chutney or mayonnaise can be spread. You can add grated cheese/herb/chilliflakes as per you choice.
Note : In this recipe instead of any sauce, mayonnaise is used as a spread.
- Eggs - 6
- Milk - 2tbsp
- Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Tortillas/ Chapati - 4 (warmed)
- Red Bell Pepper - 1(chopped)
- Green Bell Pepper - 1(chopped)
- Tomato - 1 (chopped)
- French Beans - 1 tbsp(chopped)
- Green Chilly - 2 (chopped)
- Salt - as per taste
- Cheese Grated - 1 tbsp (optional)
In a wok heat oil and saute green and red pepper.
Then add finely chopped french beans,carrot and green chillies, stir fry for 2 minutes.
Then add tomatoes and saute for another 1 minute.
Meanwhile in a large bowl, whisk egg,milk,black pepper and salt.
Put this egg mixture in the pan and fry along with fried veggies on medium flame until eggs are completely set.
Now warm the tortillas or chapati put a spoon full of scrambled egg on it and roll up.
Serve hot with sauce or dip.
