Mixed Veg Raita or dahi salad is awesome and refreshing recipe.You can mix any vegetable as per your choice. Mixed veg raita is add on to any meal.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt - 1 1/2cup (whisk it well)
  • Onion - 1 medium(chopped)
  • Tomato - 1 medium(chopped)
  • Cucumber - 1medium(chopped)
  • Carrot - 1(chopped)
  • green Chilies - 1(chopped)
  • Roasted Cumin Powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Roasted coriander powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Chat masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Fresh Coriander (chopped )
  • Fresh Mint Leaves (chopped)

Method

Step 1

In a bowl beat the yogurt

Step 2

Then add chopped onion,tomato,cucumber and green chilies and mix gently .

Step 3

Thereafter add all the dry masala .Garnish with coriander and mint leave and serve chilled.
