Omelet with veggies is a very simple and healthy recipe. Omelet with veggies is a very one of the most nutritious breakfast recipe. It’s a perfect recipe which can be altered to anyone’s liking. You can add any other vegetables like broccoli, mushrooms or squash as per your taste.


  • Egg - 3
  • Zucchini - 1/4 cup chopped
  • Frozen Corn - 2 tbsp
  • Spring Onion - 2 tbsp chopped
  • Carrot - 2 tbsp chopped
  • Black Pepper Powder- 1 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Milk - 2 tbsp
  • Green Chilly - optional Chopped
  • Oil - 2tsp


Step 1

In a bowl beat 2 whole egg and one egg white with mik, salt and pepper powder.

Step 2

Put a saucepan on flame and grease it.

Step 3

Add all vegetables in it and saute only for 2-3 minutes. so that vegetables are crunchy. sprinkle salt to taste and pepper powder.

Step 4

Keep it aside.

Step 5

Now heat a tava on flame and grease it. Pour the egg mixture and allow to cook until set on a medium flame.

Step 6

Gently lift the edges of the omelet with spatula to let the uncooked part of the eggs flow towards the edges and cook.

Step 7

Continue cooking until center of omelet looks dry.

Step 8

Place the cooked vegetable mixture over half of the omelet, fold other half of omelet over the vegetables. Cover with a lid fir 10-15 seconds. Then turn off the flame.

Step 9

Gently slide out of the pan onto the plate. Omelet with veggies is ready to serve.
