Quick Pudding is a very easy and nice tasting dessert.Quick pudding goes well after a heavy meal or when you want something light sweet.This is a egg less pudding.
NOTE: If there are lumps then pass pudding through fine sieve into a medium bowl. And cover the surface of pudding with plastic wrap to prevent a skin for forming.
- Milk - 2 cups
- sugar - 1/2 cups
- Cornstarch- 2 tbsp
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
Whisk together cornstarch,sugar and salt in 2 tbsp of milk.Set aside.
Pour remaining milk into a saucepan.Cook over medium flame until tiny bubbles forms around the edges.
Now pour milk and cornstarch mixture to hot milk and cook on low flame stirring constantly,until thickened and smooth.
Continue cooking for 5 minutes then switch of the flame,cpol it little and stir in vanilla essence.
Pour into serving dishes and refrigerate for 30 minutes .
Vanilla Pudding is ready to serve
