Soya chilly a unique recipe it is very nutritious and tasty vegetarian dish.This dish is made of soya chunks which is richest source of protein. You can have it with fried rice or noodles.


  • Soya chunks:1 cup
  • Capsicum: 1 diced
  • Onion: 2 medium diced
  • Tomato: 1 small diced
  • Green chillies: 2-3 chopped
  • Ginger and garlic: 1 tbsp chopped
  • Cornflour: 1 tbsp
  • Tomato sauce: 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce: 2tsp
  • Chilly sauce: as per taste
  • Salt as per taste
  • Cooking oil


Step 1

Soak the soya chunks in water for 15 minutes,then strain it.

Step 2

Marinate soya chunks with 2 tsp of cornflour,1 tsp tomato sauce,1 tsp soya sauce and salt .

Step 3

Now deep fry it on high flame.

Step 4

Now heat a wok add 2 tsp of cooking oil then add chopped ginger and garlic then green chillies and saute for few seconds then add diced onion and capsicum and fry for 1 minute there after add tomatoes and saute for another few seconds.

Step 5

Then add fried soya chunks and remaining sauce and salt as per taste.if needed you can sprinkle little bit of water. stir fry and your soya chilly is ready to eat.
