Soya chunks roll is very easy and tasty dish. In Soya chunks roll stir fried soya chunks with few veggies are stuffed in chapatis.Very quick and healthy dish.

Ingredients

  • Soya chunks - 1 cup
  • Capsicum - 1 medium sliced
  • Onion - 2 large
  • Green chilly - 4-5 (chopped)
  • Tomato sauce - 3 tbsp
  • Soya sauce - 1 tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • Carrot - 1/2 cup shredded
  • Oil - 2 tsp
  • Tomato - 1 medium
  • Chapatis - 5-6
  • FOR GREEN CHUTNEY
  • Fresh Coriander - 1 cup
  • Green Chilly - 4-5
  • Curd - 1 1/2 tbsp
  • salt as per taste

Method

Step 1

Heat water and immerse soya chunks for 5 minutes.

Step 2

After 5 minutes drain out excess water and squeeze the chunks in your hand.

Step 3

Now heat oil in a non stick pan, then add capsicum,half of the sliced onion,tomato and green chilly stir fry for 1 minute.

Step 4

Then add soaked and squeezed soya chunks,mix well add 2 tsp of tomato sauce, 1 tsp of soya sauce salt as per taste.Remove from flame and keep aside.

Step 5

Now take one chapati apply butter on it then spread green chutney,after that put the soya mixture,shredded carrot and sliced onion.Sprinkle chaat masala and roll the chapati.

Step 6

Soya Chunks Roll is ready to serve.
