Tomato kachumar is a very simple and quick recipe.Tomato kachumar is a very nice side dish. It goes well with any stuffed paratha.
NOTE : You can replace onion with radish.
- Tomato -4 medium
- Onion - 1 tbsp (chopped)
- Green Chilly - chopped as per taste
- Radish - 1/2 tbsp (chopped)
- Fresh coriander leave - 1tbsp (chopped)
- Mustard oil - 1 tsp
- Salt as per taste
First of all slit the tomato then put it in a microwave save bowl add1/2 of water .
And microwave the tomato on high for 7-8 minutes. Alternatively pressure cook for 4-5 minutes.
Then cool them and peel of the skin and mash the tomato completely with help of masher or hand.
Now add chopped onion,green chilly,coriander leave,radish salt and oil. Mix properly.
Tomato kachumar is ready to serve.
