Vegetable Paneer sandwich is a quick, easy recipe. This sandwich can be served with tea as snacks,as breakfast or in kid’s tiffin. Vegetable Paneer sandwich is most preferred one, as it is loaded with enough protein to start your day.
- Bread - 6 slices
- Green Chutney - 2 tbsp
- Tomato Ketchup - 1 tbsp
- Red Bell Peppers - 1 tbsp
- Yellow Bell Peppers - 1 tbsp
- Green Bell Peppers - 1 tbsp
- Cucumber - 1 sliced
- Tomato - 2 sliced
- Onion - 2 sliced
- Cottage Cheese / Paneer - 100 gms grated
- Chat Masala - 1/2 tsp
- Salt as per taste
Grate cottage Cheese/ Paneer and mix salt as per taste.
Take bread slices, on two slices spread green chutney, and on one slice spread tomato ketchup.
Now on one slice with green chutney spread grated paneer/ cottage cheese, and all three kinds of bell peppers.
Cover it with another slice of bread with tomato ketchup.
Now on this slice arrange tomato,cucumber, and onion slices. Sprinkle chat masala.
Cover with another slice of bread with green chutney side down.
Place it on Preheated grill WONDERCHEF Sanjeev Kapoor Tandoor and grill till golden.
Serve hot with ketchup or chutney
